When you purchase a product from Butterfly Baby Company or Vaquero Wovens, LLC you indicate that, before using that product, you have read our "Instructions" and "Babywearing Safety" pages in their entirety, as well as all literature that comes with your product.  A purchase also indicates that you will use your wrap safely and understand that the safety of your child is your responsibility.  Butterfly Baby Company/Vaquero Wovens, LLC is not liable for any misuse of our products.

All Butterfly Baby Company products will be shipped USPS Priority within 1-5 business days of purchase.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate changes in shipping address and will not ship to addresses different than the one used when checking out.

Butterfly Baby Company is not responsible for customs fees or duties.

Butterfly Baby Company will offer exchanges/refunds within 14 days of purchase. The product being returned must be in new condition and not washed or worn. It is important to inspect your wrap upon arrival.  In cases of returns or packages refused upon delivery due to change of preference, the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Returned and refused packages will not be refunded the initial shipping cost. Butterfly Baby will cover return shipping for product returns due to flaws that are not accepted as first quality by the industry.  If you are returning a faulty product, we will offer a full refund or an exchange if available.  Only products purchased directly from Butterfly Baby Company will be eligible for returns, and proof of purchase will be necessary.  All returns, regardless of reason, will need to be approved prior to the return or exchange. Butterfly Baby is not liable for any products lost or damaged during delivery or return.  Please contact us at info@butterflybabycompany.com with any questions regarding faulty products or returns.
